Pieces of the legendary Daphne Guinness Collection is going to be auctioned off on June 27th 2012. Yes, its going to happen, Daphne Guinness is auctioning off some pieces out of her prestige closet. The proceeds of the auction are going to be given to the Isabella Blow Foundation, clearly. Daphne was very close to Blow, and bought her collection a few years after her passing in 2007. Prices for the over 100 couture items in the auction, range from £300 to £25,000. Many of the designer names include Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton. The Daphne Guinness Collection auction put on by Christie's is expected to raise over £100,000.
