After performing a show stopping performance at the Grammy's, Adele then took home her 6th Grammy (for Album of the Year) with tears of joy. After a very long hiatus from singing, and surgery 5 months ago, she came back in perfect classy fashion with an amazing performance last night. Just days after the awards, her editorial and cover for Vogue US will be on stands within the next week.
