Project Runway Season 10: All-Star Designers vs. New Judges

Tomorrow one of my all-time favorite shows is back for a new season, and I am on the fence with excitement. Nine seasons of watching Nina, Heidi, Michael and Tim, I could never imagine watching Project Runway without them. Nina Garcia’s blunt one-liners, that was so accurate you could never disagree, is something that will definitely be missed. Michael Kors and Heidi Klum were always a pleasure to see from season-to-season, so fun and brought their experience to the table to help the designers. Replacing the three judges will be designers Georgina Chapman and Isaac Mizrahi, model Angela Lindvall. Tim Gunn seems to be the most anticipated missed person on the show, although his replacement Joanna Coles is nothing short of brilliant. The current editor-in-chief of Marie Claire magazine, Joanna seems like a good fit for this all-star season’s mentor. Although some of my favorite people in the industry wont be there form week to week, I think I am still going to give it a try because at the end of it, it is about the designers.
